LUISA SPAGNOLIMFW | SEPTEMBER 2026
On 25 September 2026, at six in the evening, Luisa Spagnoli showed its Spring Summer 2027 collection at the Museo della Permanente in Milan. Blearred designed the lighting.
The collection started from Italian gardens. The hall was painted sage green from floor to ceiling, the guests sat on green cubes, and at the centre lay a wide round platform in pink stone, like the basin of a fountain. The models walked the white floor around it.
Ripples of light moved across the green walls like reflections off water, an effect Blearred drew for the room. The runway took a clear, even light from the rig overhead. The pink disc had no light of its own and took what the show gave it.
For Blearred, Ivan Russo and Matteo Masini were lighting designers, and Francesco Mingoia operated the show.

The only water in the room was made of light.
