Concept and Show Design were co-designed with Lemonandpepper, with whom we also developed the stage set and its concept. Studio Galattico created the video content and directed the show, orchestrating a visual narrative in which the “cage” became an iconic sign and the light its architectural echo. Blearred fully handled the Lighting Design and the live light direction.

Our lighting approach was to extend the geometry of the set: essential beams and layered planes, sharp trajectories, the deliberate use of darkness as material, a restrained palette with saturated accents at emotional peaks. Light converses with the video without ever competing, prolonging its rhythm and sculpting volumes, while ensuring the performer remains readable from every quadrant of the arena. The result is a minimal, high-intensity vocabulary: few elements, maximum expressiveness.

Within Blearred Milano, creative direction during the design phase and project supervision were led by Jordan Babev, Davide Pedrotti, and Eleonora Peronetti. Roberto Andreotti and Nicolò Maffeis managed lighting design, programming, and lighting show direction. Matteo Masini and Marzio Del Sole handled 3D modeling and initial lighting design, visual renderings. Olek Mar’Yanov and Francesco Rizzotto took care of the CAD. Cecilia Magnozzi and Giada Travella supported scenic design and presentation decks. Ivan Russo and Elisa Fiumanò oversaw logistics and project coordination.

In an arena with no “back,” where every side is the front, the combination of an LED stage, a moving see-through LED cage, and architectural lighting built a coherent ecosystem, an immersive, legible, and dynamic show that balances technical control with emotional impact.
