Antonacci chose to stay ten evenings in every town, so that a small community could grow around the concert. The design was built to the same scale. There are no screens. The band plays inside a field of 250 candles laid on the stage floor, with iron braziers burning real fire at the edges and warm beams cut through haze against the stone behind.

The stone was different every ten nights. Tindari looks over the sea from its hill, the Vittoriale sits above Lake Garda, and the Teatro Grande lies inside the excavations of Pompeii. The set travelled unchanged. The candles and the braziers moved, laid out again for each space. At Tindari all ten nights sold out, and Antonacci added an eleventh show at 5:15 in the morning of 18 July, a concert at dawn.

On stage with him were Placido Salamone on guitars and musical direction, Luca Visigalli on bass, Andrea Fontana on drums, Giovanni Boscariol on piano and Hammond, and Caterina Coco on violin, cello and Wurlitzer. Halfway through the Pompeii residency, on 25 September, his album Mustang came out.

Friends and Partners produced the tour, with Mario Zappa as project manager and Giandomenico Parenti as production manager. For Blearred, Jordan Babev designed the lighting, set and show, with Cecilia Magnozzi as set designer. Matteo Masini worked on modelling, renders and previz, Marzio Del Sole on the 3D model and Francesco Rizzotto on the CAD. Roberto Andreotti programmed the show and ran it on tour. Ivan Russo coordinated the project and Elisa Fiumanò the logistics.
